Emails can take a few minutes. Check your spam and promotions folders, and search your inbox for the event name as well as "TicketPaw" — some emails come from the event's name. If it still hasn't arrived, email support@ticketpaw.com with the email address you registered with and the event name.

It's the code in your confirmation email. Keep that email or write the code down — you'll need it to check your status.

Don't share your QR code. Each code can be checked in once, and whoever scans it first gets in — if someone else uses your code, you won't be able to enter.

Check the event page. It shows when doors open whenever the organizer has set a time.

No. Entering is free and no purchase is necessary. Each giveaway has official rules that explain how it works — you'll find them on the giveaway's entry form.

Open the giveaway's status page from your confirmation email and enter your entry code. If you've lost your code, the status page shows you how to get it again.

We'll contact winners by email.

If a winner doesn't claim their prize in time, it may be offered to an alternate. If that happens, we'll contact you.

Some giveaways offer extra entries on top of your first one. Your entry page shows how many you have. The giveaway's official rules explain how bonus entries are earned.

No. You can enter without creating an account.

So we can reach you about your entry — for example, if you win. We only send marketing messages if you separately agree to receive them.

Email support@ticketpaw.com from the address you registered with and ask for your data to be deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights.
